  • Rainy Season Construction Site and Erosion Control Measures

    During the rainy season, between October 1st and April 30th, ground-disturbing construction work requires an elevated level of attention. Wet weather site and erosion control measures are necessary throughout the City.

  • Fall 2017 Landlord Training Program

    The City of Portland, Bureau of Development Services is in the process of scheduling its Fall 2017 Landlord Training Program dates and locations. Four classes will be held: October 23, 2017 at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center; October 28th and November 4th at Providence Portland; October 30th at Adventist Medical Center.

  • BDS Budget Update

    Now that we’re two months into our fiscal year (FY) 2017-18 budget, it’s already time to begin preparing for the FY 2018-19 budget (July 2018 – June 2019). All City bureaus will be required to submit their budget requests in late January or early February 2018.
