The Permitting Original Art Murals Administrative Rule is proposed for revision. This is a public hearing and opportunity to comment on the proposed revisions. The rule is being revised to
- clarify desired timing of the neighborhood contact requirement in relation to permit application;
- revise language to provide more flexibility for the type of proof of mailing of the neighborhood notification;
- revise some language to allow applicants to submit photographs of the finished mural to complete the inspection requirement; and
- clarify language regarding triggers for structural review.
