The following graphs demonstrate the increase in workload the Bureau of Development Services has experienced over the last 5 years. Customer visits to the Development Service Center, zoning hotline inquiries, and building permit activity show a steady increase, land use review applications received show an upward trend, and the enforcement workload remains steady. In the graphs below, annual workload totals are included above each grey bar. The dark blue section indicates workload in January through July, and highlights the increase in 2016. The percent change in workload from January through July of the previous year is also included.
