May 18, 2017 DRAC Meeting
At their May meeting, DRAC members discussed:
- Tenant Improvement (TI) permit issuance
- Transportation (PBOT) fee changes
- Options for decreasing customer wait times in the permit center (Development Services Center)
They also heard updates from City staff regarding deconstruction and an effort to standardize the City’s approach to boards and commissions.
June 15, 2017 DRAC Meeting
BDS Commissioner-in-Charge Chloe Eudaly visited with DRAC members at their June meeting, sharing her priorities and discussing DRAC concerns regarding the City’s Inclusionary Housing policy.
DRAC members also heard a presentation on the Bureau of Planning & Sustainability’s (BPS’s) Code Reconciliation Project (https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/72600) and began an update of the DRAC Workplan.
DRAC Meetings in CH2M Building May – September 2017
Due to remodeling of the regular DRAC meeting room in the 1900 Building, DRAC meetings will be held in the Lincoln Room on the first floor of the CH2M Building, 2020 SW 4th Ave., from May – September 2017.
