Work on the BDS 5-year Strategic Plan document is nearly complete. The updated Plan will be distributed to BDS managers and staff over the next few weeks, and BDS intends to begin implementation of the Plan in later this summer.
As has been mentioned previously, a draft Strategic Plan was initially produced in 2014, but implementation was delayed in order to allow other organizational improvement processes to be completed, including an employee survey, organizational assessment, customer survey, and the BDS Equity Roadmap. The Strategic Plan has been updated to reflect and incorporate the results of these efforts.
