July 20, 2017 DRAC Meeting
DRAC members spent significant time at the meeting discussing an update to the Parks Administrative Rule regarding Residential Alterations and Additions, as well as an update to PBOT’s Transportation Systems Development Charge (TSDC). The DRAC subsequently sent a letter to the City Council and the PBOT Director in support of the TSDC proposal.
DRAC members also heard updates from the Bureau of Planning & Sustainability (BPS) on the SW Corridor Equitable Housing Strategy (https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/73445) and the 2035 Comp Plan Map Refinement Project (https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bps/73388).
No August DRAC Meeting; Next DRAC Meeting September 21, 2017
DRAC members elected to cancel their scheduled meeting on August 17, 2017. The DRAC will next meet on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.
Possible agenda items include:
- Inclusionary Housing
- Demolition Subcommittee / Lead & Asbestos
- Residential Infill Project
- Portland Online Permitting System
- DRAC Workplan
DRAC Meetings in CH2M Building through September 2017
Due to remodeling of the regular DRAC meeting room in the 1900 Building, DRAC meetings will be held in the Lincoln Room on the first floor of the CH2M Building, 2020 SW 4th Ave., from May – September 2017.
