Public Works Permitting’s (PWP) New Invoices & Update to Billing Address
PWP is now invoicing all payments, and has changed its billing address to the City’s central Accounts Receivable PO Box, effective March 2018.
Public Works Permitting (PWP), the process team for public right-of-way infrastructure permits, is implementing a new billing procedure. Effective March 2018, PWP payments will be now be invoiced and processed through the City of Portland’s central Accounts Receivable PO Box address for more timely and secure payment processing.
Note: For projects that have been invoiced after March 1, 2018, checks will no longer be accepted at the 1900 S.W. 4th Ave. office location.
