Mt. Scott-Arleta and Woodstock Sewer Repair Project Construction Completion Survey

Environmental Services is nearing completion on a project to repair or replace approximately 5,600 feet, or about one mile, of public sewer pipes in the Mt. Scott-Arleta and Woodstock neighborhoods. Most of the repaired sewer pipes were more than 85 years old and in deteriorating condition. These repairs will help to protect public health, water quality and the environment by reducing the possibility of costly breaks, leaks, blockages and sewage releases to homes, businesses and streets. This was a major construction project, and we know it meant significant inconvenience for many people living and working in the area. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during construction.

Environmental Services staff and representatives notify the public in advance of these activities, provides information throughout the project, and works to resolve problems during construction. Our intent is to identify concerns and minimize disruption as much as possible while completing these necessary projects.

Now that the Mt. Scott-Arleta and Woodstock Sewer Repair Project is almost done in your area, we ask for your help to measure how we did.
Please complete the survey below to help assess the effectiveness of our public involvement and community outreach efforts. Your response will help us identify what worked and what needs improvement for our future projects.

If you have additional questions or suggestions, please contact Matt Gough at 503-823-5352 or Matthew.Gough@portlandoregon.gov.
