Congratulations to Alexa Todd for the Outstanding Young Professional award from the Intertwine Alliance. Alexa is a former Environmental Services intern who has taken her work with invasive species and the Mt. Tabor Weed Warriors to a whole new level. Mt. Tabor Weed Warriors is an important partner in restoring Mt. Tabor’s natural resources. This is a goal of the Tabor to the River program. Way to go Alexa!
Also congratulations to our tree program partner Friends of Trees for their work to get tons of new trees planted along I-205.
With friends like these working for clean rivers, clean air, and healthy neighborhoods, Portland's future looks promising.
