Falling leaves and clean rivers: how you can help

We're big fans of trees and all the benefits they provide. They help keep stormwater and pollution out of our sewer system, streams and rivers, they cut down on our energy costs...the list goes on.
This fall they're providing lots of crackling golden and red leaves for us to crunch through. If you haven't smiled while shuffling through the leaves on your lunch break or evening walk, we recommend it!
It looks like there's a chance of rain moving in this week. With all the leaves falling now, we need your help keeping storm drains clear.
Check out this helpful information from the Bureau of Transportation about keeping storm drains clear in your neighborhood.
