What to expect after your property is measured/re-measured
Most of our customers are accurately billed for stormwater management. Unless we find a significant change or error, we will take no action and will continue to bill you based on initial impervious area (IA) measurements.
Customers we have previously under-billed or overbilled for stormwater management based on the measured IA will receive a letter indicating what the previous IA was, what the newly measured IA is, and how this correction could affect your bill. The letter will include aerial maps (like the map on the right) indicating which areas we measured. We will assign you a personal staff contact to help with any questions or concerns you may have. We will include your contact's direct phone number in the letter issued to you.
