Follow the dragon parade to BES’s booth at the Jade International Night Market, a celebration of the many vibrant cultures of the Jade District and East Portland. There will be delicious food, crafts and cultural performances, and proceeds will help the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon develop a long-hoped-for community center.

The Environmental Services booth will have information about:

• Community Watershed Stewardship Program – how to fund your community project
• Stormwater Stewards – how to order trees for your property or adopt a green street
• Johnson Creek restoration – how we’re improving water quality, reducing flooding, and restoring habitat
• Construction projects that are improving local sewers – what’s going on in your neighborhood
