Email updates

We regularly distribute email announcements about progress on the project. Email Eliot Tran to be added to the email update list for Woodlawn-King Alleys Sewer Repair Project.

Mailed progress bulletins

We periodically print and mail or hand-deliver flyers, newsletters and other bulletins to properties in the project area. Progress bulletins describe the project, upcoming activities, expected impacts and other details. They are also available in the Community Outreach section of this web site and through the email updates.

To make sure we have you on our U.S. Mail list, Email Eliot Tran and send us your name and complete mailing address.

Bulletin distribution locations

We also make flyers, newsletters and other bulletins available to community groups, libraries and other distribution venues. If you have a suggestion for a valuable distribution point, please email Eliot Tran and let us know.

Webpage updates

Continue to check back on the project webpage for more information.

Group presentations

We provide periodic in-person updates to neighborhood and business associations and other key stakeholder groups. Email Eliot Tran to find out about joining a group for a presentation, or scheduling a presentation for your organization.

Text alerts

We distribute alerts via text messages for impending traffic impacts, lane closures, detours and schedules. Email Eliot Tran to be added to the text alert list. Be sure to include your phone number and the name of your carrier company. Text messages will be 1-2 sentences and convey urgent information such as road closures and openings. Major mobile networks are capable of this, but message and data rates may apply.

If you have other suggestions on outreach methods, please email Eliot Tran. We are committed to working with neighbors, businesses and local organizations to provide communications that meet their needs.
