Industrial wastewater discharge permit fees assess the costs to manage permits and ensure each permitted industry pays for its share of the Pretreatment Program. These fees recover a portion of the City’s costs for permit administration. For more details on the methodology, visit https://www.portlandoregon.gov/bes/article/631471. The fiscal year is from July 1 to June 30 and rates are adjusted annually.
