Visit us at our Interstate office to speak with a representative and pay your sewer/stormwater/water bill. Free parking is available.

Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except on holidays)

The payment drop box is located outside of the double doors to our Customer Service Walk-in Center. The drop box located downtown at the corner of SW Columbia St and 1st Ave will no longer be in use as of the end of November 2019.
