To report sewer problems, including sewer odors, clogged storm drains, blocked green street planter inlets, flooding, emergency street maintenance or road hazard issues, call 503-823-1700.  

To report slicks, spills, suspicious discharges in waterways, or dumping of substances into storm drains, call 503-823-7180 or email BESDutyOfficer@portlandoregon.gov. It is bureau policy to keep caller identity information confidential.
