1) How and when did your employment journey begin with the City of Portland?
A friend’s mom worked for the City and encouraged me to apply. I’m so glad I did! I was hired as a Customer Account Specialist in the Water Bureau Customer Service Call Center on April 15, 1996.
2) What is your current role? Supervisor 1
(I supervisor the Customer Service Call Center)
3) Name one thing that you enjoy most or look forward to about your job?
It’s rewarding to serve the community that I grew up in. I’m proud of the high quality of service and professionalism that my team routinely provides.
