The Mixed Use Zones Project Advisory Committee will advise City staff on a variety of topics over the course of the project, providing feedback and guidance in areas such as:

• Approaches to public outreach.
• Current development outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Mixed-use zones framework, development and design concepts.
• Market feasibility and acceptance of proposed approaches.
• Proposed zoning code amendments.

The Project Advisory Committee generally meets on the third Wednesday of the month. Check the project calendar to confirm dates, times and locations.

The group will meet from early 2014 through early 2015. Advisory Committee members bring expertise and skill in the areas of urban real estate development, architecture, design and urban planning, as well as neighborhood and business perspectives from throughout Portland’s varied districts.
