This planning effort focused on ways to enhance and strengthen the close-in southeast station areas on the new Portland-Milwaukie light rail alignment. The project explored ways to leverage new investment in the Central Eastside Industrial District and Brooklyn Neighborhood with new streetcar and light rail alignments, with an emphasis on employment transit-oriented development (ETOD). UDS was involved in design charrettes and producing concepts to inform the next phases of the project:  SE Quadrant planning in the Central City and the Brooklyn Station Areas Plan.
