UDS staff hosted and facilitated a charrette that explored the redevelopment of the Rose Quarter in the Lloyd District, incorporating competing development ideas for the areas around the Moda Center (then Rose Garden) the Veterans’ Memorial Coliseum, and interests in a minor league baseball park. UDS staff prepared base maps, graphics and study documents prior to the charrette, and helped develop and refine the charrette’s resulting maps and graphics.
