The initial report and recommendations were introduced to City Council during a June 23, 2015, work session and will be the subject of a public hearing on July 9. Following the hearing, Commissioners will vote on a resolution to accept the study and provide additional guidance to staff on the development of a new Central City bonus tool, to be adopted as part of the Central City 2035 Plan.
