The Citywide Systems Plan (CSP) includes information on current and future transportation, water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure needs and projects. A portion of the CSP is the City’s public facilities plan, which is a state required plan and a supporting document of the Comprehensive Plan. The Citywide Systems Plan also includes information for parks and natural areas, recreation and civic facilities. This document is provided under separate cover.
