The Miscellaneous Zoning Project includes a package of eight amendments to Portland’s Zoning Code and Zoning Map to help implement 2035 Comprehensive Plan goals and policies. Unlike other Early Implementation Projects, the Miscellaneous Zoning Project does not address regulations pertaining to only one type of land use. Rather, it includes a variety of amendments necessary to resolve conflicts between the 2035 Comprehensive Plan and existing Zoning Code, or to otherwise implement Council direction.

The Miscellaneous Zoning Amendments Project is one of eight projects that implement Portland’s 2035 Comprehensive Plan, adopted by the Portland City Council on June 15, 2016.
