Central City 2035 envisions a prosperous, healthy, equitable and resilient central city, where people collaborate, innovate and create a more vibrant future together.

The Planning and Sustainability Commission (PSC) accepted testimony on the Central City 2035 Plan through August 11, 2016. The PSC is now holding a series of work sessions to discuss topics and work through a series of amendments to the Proposed Draft.

A new Revised Staff Proposed Draft has been released to the PSC prior to their last work session on May 23, 2017. This includes revisions to portions of Volume 2A1 and Volume 2A2. At this meeting they may propose additional amendments and take a final vote. Following these work sessions, the PSC will transmit a Recommended Draft of the CC2035 Plan to City Council for their consideration.
