On Saturday, February 25, 2017, staff from the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) and Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) held a workshop at Portland Community College’s Southeast Campus. About 25 people came to learn more about BPS’ Better Housing by Design project and PBOT’s Connected Centers Plan project and provide some early feedback on concept development.

After an overview presentation and a design preference activity, attendees met in small groups to go over some of the main issues and approaches of the project.
