The Neighborhood Contact Code Update Discussion Draft is an early draft released for public review. Staff will use your feedback at this stage to create the next draft (the Proposed Draft).

The project is addressing issues related to neighborhood notification of new development. Explanations and proposed new code language are included in the Discussion Draft. The appendix of the Discussion Draft contains draft example materials provided only for context as examples of materials that the Bureau of Development Services (BDS) will develop to support implementation of code changes.
