The West Quadrant Plan project team will host a Concept Development Open House next week on Thursday, October 24. The event will showcase a series of 10 draft concept maps for the area covering:
- Land use emphasis
- Attractions and special places
- Building height
- Street and development character
- Open space and parks
- Green systems
- Motor Vehicles
Together the 10 layers begin to illustrate a concept plan for the West Quadrant. This concept will be refined based on public comment and feedback from the project Stakeholder Advisory Committee later this fall. The final concept layers will help inform more detailed district-level planning early next year. The maps are available here: land use maps, transportation maps
