Description: Following introductions, Bill will describe the relationship between the draft centers policies, the alternative growth scenarios and the urban design framework and how they relate to the Comprehensive Plan update process.
Review of Draft Comprehensive Plan Policies (8:15 a.m.)
Presenters: Bill Cunningham, Uma Krishnan and Tyler Bump, BPS
Description: Review of the Working Draft policies, particularly Chapter 2 (Housing) and Chapter 5 (Urban Design and Development), and parts of Chapter 3 (Economic Development) related to centers and housing. Are the policies forwarding the intent of the Portland Plan? Are they taking us in the right direction, wrong direction, what is missing?
