Draft Comprehensive Plan Policies: Public Feedback Review (8:20 a.m.)
Presenters: Bill Cunningham, BPS
Description: Review of public feedback received up to now on the Working Draft policies and discussion of potential changes to the draft policies. The focus will be on public comments received on the Housing and Urban Design & Development chapters.

Centers and Corridors Implementation (9:10 a.m.)
Presenters: Julia Gisler and Bill Cunningham, BPS
Description: BPS staff are scoping a potential future project that would update Zoning Code regulations for commercial and mixed-use zones to improve their ability to implement policies for commercial, employment, housing, and design and scale outcomes in centers and corridors. PEG members are asked to help identify possible implementation approaches for centers and corridors that should be considered in updates to the commercial and mixed-use zones, and to consider whether or not the draft Comprehensive Plan policies provide support for these approaches.
