Contents of Update Packet #161 (effective 12/31/13)
This Code update is the result of the retirement of the Natural Resources Management Plan for Smith and Bybee Lakes and is effective December 31, 2013.
These updates remove references to the Smith and Bybee Lakes Natural Resource Management Plan because it has been repealed and replaced with a Comprehensive Natural Resource Plan (CNRP). The CNRP was adopted through a quasi-judicial process.
