On May 10, 2016, the Portland Planning Commission (PSC) held a public hearing on the Mixed Use Zones Project Proposed Draft.

Continued public hearing and testimony opportunities
The PSC will continue the public hearing on the Mixed Use Zones Project Proposed Draft to May 17, 2016, 5 p.m. at the Portland Building, 1120 SW 5th Avenue, Room C (2nd Floor):
- The Commission will take oral testimony on the Mixed Use Zones Project Zoning Code and Zoning Map amendments at the May 17 hearing.
- Written and Map App testimony on the Mixed Use Zones Project Zoning Code amendments will be taken through May 17, at the conclusion of the PSC hearing.
- The Commission will continue to accept testimony on the Mixed Use Zones Project Zoning Map amendments through July 12, 2016, when a subsequent public hearing will be held on the proposed Composite Zoning Map (which will include Mixed Use Zoning Map changes).
The Composite Zoning Map will show proposed zoning designations for all types of land uses: Residential, Commercial/Mixed-Use, Employment/Industrial, Campus Institutional, and Open Space.
