The City of Portland offers drop-in office hour sessions on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. for hands-on assistance with the reporting process. The sessions run from March 1 through April 19 and occur at Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) offices on the 7th floor in Room 7A at 1900 SW 4th Ave., Portland, OR 97201. You are not required to RSVP for these sessions and you may show up any time during the drop-in hours. Some helpful tips to get the most out of the drop-in session include:
- Be sure to bring your username and password to log in to your ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® account.
- If you do not already have an ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager account, please register prior to attending.
- Review the How To Guide for New Users before attending the session. It may be helpful to bring the required energy usage data and property use details described in the guide with you to the session.
- Please bring your own laptop if you have one. BPS may be able to provide a laptop to use during the session if you are unable to do so.
