The normal working hours of the City's Office of Risk Management are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. City Risk is closed for official holidays. Claims delivered in-person or by mail, will be recorded on the date received by City Risk. Claims faxed or e-mailed and received before the close of business, will be recorded as received on that date. All claims delivered after business hours will be recorded as received on the next business day
