In 2019 the Oregon Legislature passed HB 2007 which tasks the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality with several new programs and requirements to reduce harmful emissions from diesel engines in Oregon. This includes new on-road diesel regulations, grant program for diesel engine retrofits or replacements, and other related programs.
