Endangered Species Act, NHPA Section 106A, Section 4(F), & Hazardous Materials both level one & level two. GIS Modeling NA $up to $100,000 Local 11/30/16 Mossor, Colleen 503.823.7148 GIS modeling services to estimate the amount of parking throughout the City. We will basically be taking all of the curbs throughout the City and cutting out the “parking impediments”, e.i. driveways, bus zones, fire hydrants, intersections, etc. This process will involve the following key processes: 1. Using mapping processes to update and convert an incomplete driveway inventory 2. Using mapping processes to convert a parking sign layer into a usable format 3. Determine which PBOT GIS layers to use as “parking impediments” 4. Develop a reproducible GIS model using the above inputs to create an output of “parkable curb segments” Evaluations & scoring sheets are due back February 9, 2017. Jade/Midway Division Public Outreach TBD $50,000 Local 03/22/17 Hoffman, Ashly 503.823.6193 The City of Portland, Bureau of Transportation will be seeking proposals for facilitation and public outreach, especially as it relates to community members in the Jade District and Division Midway areas. Solicitation will seek proposals which demonstrate an ability to build strong relationships with community members and businesses in the Jade District and Division Midway areas, expertise in reaching a target population, expertise conducting multi-language outreach, skill in developing outreach programs, and proficiency in collecting pre and post evaluation information and detailing the information in a report. Proposer will be sought to host and facilitate a series of workshops to build community capacity to engage in street safety outreach and corridor redesign conversations; support and organize transportation safety trainings; solicit community members to engage in outreach activities; work closely with City of Portland staff and other agencies to deliver safety outreach and gather varied project information.
