Phishing is using emails to get other people to give up important information, or causes a download of a virus onto the computer. These types of attacks use a form of camouflage to disguise themselves as important emails in order to have a url link clicked on. This type of attack is easily avoided by considering the message before opening attachments or clicking on a link.
