Reminders about Certifying Time Sheets
Timekeepers (and Change Agents):
- If an employee puts hours in the “Hrs” column and then immediately hits the “certify” button, clock times will not populate on the time sheet. You will see that they’ve saved through a warning message in PT_ERL00, but the hours will appear in CAT2. Please remind employees to do one of three things before they certify their timesheets:
- Hit “enter” on their keyboard to auto-populate the clock times
- OR Click the Check button after they’ve entered hours to auto-populate the clock times
- OR Click the Save button to auto-populate the clock times
- POSITIVE TIME ENTRY: Clock times are still required for positive-time entry employees – the system cannot auto-populate hours if there is no work schedule available.
- NEGATIVE TIME ENTRY: Clock times are still required for hours on non-scheduled days – the system cannot auto-populate hours if there is no work schedule available.
