PublicAlerts.org is a site built for and managed by PBEM, the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management that aggregates alerts from twitter and other sources. It then displays the alerts which can then be filtered or searched on the site.

PublicAlerts.org also contains alert information from FlashAlerts as well as other safety information from the Portland metropolitan region.

PublicAlerts.org is externally hosted in the cloud, allowing for a high availability / high redundancy solution with servers located on both the West and East coasts.
