Your bureau's Change Agent is the person who can request access for you. Your change agent will work with you to determine which roles are necessary for you to perform your job. If appropriate and after your roles have been assigned, EBS's Training and Change Management team will send you information about required classes, eLearnings, and on-the-job training checklists.
