Product management approach
The Portland Oregon Website Replacement project (POWR) embraces an agile product development technique called scrum.
Scrum holds ceremonial meetings at the beginning and end of each sprint, whereby we invite any interested stakeholders to participate in the review and demonstration of deliverables specific to the given sprint.
Normally, we will plan for 2-week development cycles for iterations (sprints) excepting holidays or unforeseen interruptions to our schedule.
