Welcome to the ECC (the Emergency Coordination Center). Please complete all required items below.
Confidentiality & Telework Agreements | REQUIRED
Review both agreements, complete the forms, and have a supervisor sign them. The documents will then be forwarded to the ECC Resource Unit.
ECC Orientation/Onboarding | REQUIRED
You can register for the course through CityLearner (SuccessFactors). Search for "ECC", "Onboarding", or "Orientation." At the end there is a confirmation screen so that you can have this credited to your training history (and to verify you have taken it). To start the course now, click this link:
FEMA ICS 100 | REQUIRED
You will need to complete the training and pass the exam. Once you have passed the exam you will receive a certification, make sure to email the certification to your supervisor and the ECC Resource Unit.
