Welcome to the ECC (the Emergency Coordination Center). Please complete all required items below.
Confidentiality & Telework Agreements | REQUIRED
Review both agreements, complete the forms, and have a supervisor sign them. The documents will then be forwarded to the ECC Resource Unit.
ECC Orientation/Onboarding | REQUIRED

Note that this link does not permit you to confirm completion as the CityLearner version does. So you MUST notify the eccresourceunit@portlandoregon.gov when you have completed this course. We will manually enter your completion into the system.
FEMA ICS 100 | REQUIRED
You will need to complete the training and pass the exam. Once you have passed the exam you will receive a certification, make sure to email the certification to your supervisor and the ECC Resource Unit.
