Web Intelligence Reports in BOBJ
The city has developed an inventory of Web Intelligence reports on top of SAP BW data. Use the reports underneath the 1-SAP folder. SAP BW data is not real time - the SAP data warehouse is refreshed nightly, so all SAP BW data is about 24 hours old.
Super-users
Use the new My Favorites folder as a personal super-user work area. You can edit and save content in this location while you work. If you want this content to be available to other BusinessObjects users, it must be saved in the regular folder structure. As always, completed super-user content can be promoted to the citywide folders. Please contact Subhash Balagoni (subhash.balagoni@portlandoregon.gov) for promotion requests for SAP reports. For Functional BOBJ support contact Aaron Diamond (aaron.diamond@portlandoregon.gov).
If you wish to become a Super-User so that you can have editing (not just display capability) in BOBJ, please go to CityLearner and take the BOBJ eLearning course. Upon completion, you can then request the role and be given Super-User level access.
