The Timekeeper is responsible for correctly recording and managing time information in the SAP system for employees assigned to them. The Timekeeper will also respond to any time evaluation issues and make necessary corrections.
The Timekeeper User Guide contains most of the files previously on the Time/Payroll web site, including job aids and work instructions.
The FMLA Coordinator checks and creates leave requests and assigns and unassigns absences in the FMLA Workbench.
The FMLA Processor views requests in the Workbench, enters FML absences in CAT2 when appropriate, and assigned and unassigns absences in the Workbench.
The FMLA Reviewer role is used by appropriate Central BHR personnel to assist in the communications with Bureaus on FMLA status and to assist the Central BHR FMLA Manager.
This role allows the user access to view CAT3 (time entry).

The Workers' Comp Admin allows the user to display time data for all employees in order to monitor on-going or new on-the-job injury claims by employees. The purpose of this role is to monitor claims which may require time loss payments from OMF-Risk Management and to coordinate with Bureau Timekeepers regarding any possible supplemental payments to be made by the Bureau.
