Community Budget Advisory Board
The Community Budget Advisory Board consists of five members who are residents of the City of Portland and are nominated and confirmed by City Council. They serve staggered three-year terms and may be reappointed. The participate in all Council budget deliberations, including the City's budget monitoring process, by advising the City Council regarding proposed amendments to the budget, and in assisting the Council to review budget plans against results to date.
