Section 2-205 Oath of Office.

Every official appointed or elected to elective office before entering upon the performance of his or her duties shall take an oath or affirmation that he or she will support the Constitutions of the United States and of the State of Oregon, and will faithfully and honestly discharge his or her duties; that the official holds no other office or position of profit, and that the official is not a member of any committee of any political party. If such oath or affirmation be false in any particular, it shall be deemed a delinquency in office on the part of such official.
