REMOVAL OF NONVEHICULAR
PROPERTY FROM NONMETERED REGULATED PARKING ZONES

ARB-TRN-3.402
PURPOSE
1. As authorized in Code Section
16.20.205 E., it is unlawful to put nonvehicular property in a regulated
nonmetered parking zone without permission of the City Engineer, the City
Traffic Engineer or the Bureau of Buildings.
GENERAL
RULES
2. Any Nonvehicular property (property that does not
meet the code definition of the vehicle, Section 16.90.425) stored/parked in a
nonmetered regulated parking zone for any amount of time is a nuisance and may
be removed without notice.
3. A separate violation occurs upon the expiration of
each 24-hour period of storage/parking time. A citation may be issued for each
successive violation.
