The program serves as a resource for liquor license holders, State and City agencies, Neighborhood Associations, and community members seeking information about liquor licensing and effective strategies for collaboration and community-building.

Liquor license applications and renewals must be reviewed and approved by BOTH the City of Portland and the OLCC.

THE OLCC TYPICALLY REQUIRES 2-3 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.
THE CITY OF PORTLAND DEADLINE FOR TEMPORARY SPECIAL EVENT LICENSES IS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
