The City of Portland's Graffiti Volunteer Program provides free supplies and training for community members interested in removing unwanted graffiti on public and private properties (with permission from property owner).

Levels of volunteerism:

  • As an individual or small group trained to do removals in your neighborhood or community.
  • In a group of ten or more for a single day event (2-3 hours) that we help facilitate.
  • As a community steward who can train and organize other volunteers on graffiti removal.

Please email graffiti@portlandoregon.gov for more detailed information on how to volunteer.

See our Facebook page for upcoming events!
