During the budget process, participants are provided with background information to help them understand the Office of Neighborhood Involvement programs sufficiently to make informed decisions. Each program provides a summary presentation during the meetings and also provide a written program summary for future reference. The program summaries are included in the notebooks distributed to participants and also provided online for easy reference.
