UPDATE: DRAFT PROPOSAL AND FEE SCHEDULE ADDED FOR REVIEW BY NOISE REVIEW BOARD
Commissioner Fritz recently convened a short-term Noise Code Task Force to address specific issues pertaining to the City’s Noise Code (Title 18).
The Task Force met between September and November 2015 to discuss three primary issues that emerged in recent City Council hearings:
After taking feedback from the Task Force, the general public, and the Noise Review Board, Claire Adamski from the Commissioner's office will work with the Noise Review Board and lead a staff-level investigation of potential code changes to Title 18. The Council hearing date has not been set yet, but it could be as late as February 2016.
